Happy Labor Day Weekend!

these guys are getting older and bigger and doing new things several times a day.

Wednesday they are 6 wks old

wow!

yesterday I started them on Blue Diamond Wilderness puppy food.  They chomp it down like little pros.  Still giving them a meal of rice cereal baby food, they are growing, prancing, playing, nibbling, cuddling, exploring ... lol, you get the idea.  They are movin and a grovin constantly.

For those that have been following the blog, my plan was to start the pups on Life's Abundance holistic dog food this week.  With the a/c on and I can't hear the honks of the delivery guy at the gate half an acre away from the house, it's been impossible to get our delivery of Life's Abundance this month.  I was out of dog food, the puppies were ready to start crunching on something.  I started the puppies on Blue Diamond Wilderness Holistic Puppy Food and the adults on Blue Diamond Holistic Dog Food and Pippa (newly pregnant) on the Wilderness Holistic Puppy Food.  It's high in protein with Life Sustaining bits in the food.  The puppies' poo(s) were a little loose this morning, so not only did they get a little more rice cereal, they also got baths, weighs and pictures.

Harkin

Kick back Harkin is what we call him.  He's a great guy, takes a big breath.  He's as active as his siblings but ... whew, kicks back and takes a break.  He's a great lovable little puppy.  Harkin's pictures are before and after his bath.

Hattie

Hattie is a look alike of Hunter, I got them mixed up today.  Luckily the pee-pees are in different areas, I got Hunter all dressed up in purple for the picture and realized I had Hattie.  They really are that much alike.  Hattie is a sweet, darling lovable puppy.

 

 

Hannah

weighed 4# 4oz

She's a beautiful little girl.  Dark red in color, her and her sister will let you know what they do or don't like.  She's usually the first to the gate/door.  Prancy, playful, brave and adventurous ... she's not even 6 week old.  She's still very much of a baby puppy and doesn't mind getting picked up when things get scary but does question ... hmm, you sure I can't roam around?  she's a great little girl.  Pics of a very wet puppy.

Hunter

Oh he's a prancing sweet puppy.  Always looks at your face.  Pretty brave guy, doesn't need much nudging to get through the gate/door.  He's a lovely puppy, very lovable.  Darling little guy.

Harley

weighed 4# 10oz

He's an even keel kind of guy.  I expect the personality (volhard.com) tester to call him a stellar puppy.  He's not too much or too little of anything.  He's a great little guy, sweet, playful, cuddly, a little adventurous too.
