La Roux took awhile last night to get to sleep. She was uncomfortable to say the least, her temp was in the low 100s with the last reading 11:30p.m. This morning 4am and 7am her temperature was 99.5. Breakfast? oh my gosh, she's hungry. Two breakfasts, kibble and NuVet vitamin and still eating. Understandably her girth is 24" this morning. Puppies are strong rolling and kicking ... pushing outwards to get more room. With how awesome she's feeling this morning and how much she's eating, I don't expect puppies today, maybe closer tomorrow morning. It's shave her down day to stay cool and the whelping trim.
